Feb 28 – Self Compassion & Love – 9am-4pm
May 16 – With Guest Ivy Ingram! – 9am-4pm
You can expect:
Time to arrive and settle into this beautiful venue with a cup of tea and light snacks.
A short opening circle to help us come together as a group, focus our intentions and to create safe and sacred space for our day.
A short introductory talk exploring the theme and to help us frame the work for the day.
A 90 – 120 minute all levels yoga class organized around the topic of the retreat.
For full day retreats:
Plenty of time to luxuriously savor our potluck lunch and walk the grounds, rest, journal, pick a goddess card, visit and do whatever you need.
An afternoon session inspired by our theme- often with a guest teacher.
Self-care techniques you can take home and put immediately to use!
Total support to do what feels right and supportive to you – it’s your day!
Although I have learned so much through books in my life, sometimes you just need the human teacher/guide! I'm glad that I got to chat with you before we moved so that I could continue to pursue this new path with enthusiasm and dedication. You offered a wonderful introduction to the practice.
